Earl Everson is a veteran of the office equipment industry. Over the course of his twenty three year career, Mr. Everson has worked for the three top companies in the industry. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that encompasses office equipment service, sales, management and best practices.

Under Earl's dynamic leadership, Elite Document Solutions has grown their sales over a million dollars a year for the past seven years. We’ve been able to help local businesses and government agencies improve their document workflow while streamlining their business processes. It’s very simple to improve in these areas when you integrate Kyocera’s workflow applications to their SMART technology devices. Mr. Everson personally helped The City of Elgin save over $15K per year with Elite's Managed Print Program.

Prior to leading the team at Elite Document Solutions, Earl worked at Kyocera Corporation as a National Account Manager handling Fortune 500 and Government accounts. He also spent the majority of his tenure at Konica Minolta Business Solutions where he was highly regarded as one of the top marketing executives at the company. Mr. Everson won numerous President Clubs and was awarded the distinction of "#1 Production Sales Executive in the Country". He was ultimately promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest and East Coast regions where he provided leadership for several years.

Earl resides in the Chicago Suburbs and has two boys, Aaron plays college football and Justin has a passion for golf.

Brad Kramer - Director of Service

Brad has over 20 years' experience as a service technician. He has extensive knowledge on models such as HP, Lexmark, Brother, Xerox and Kyocera. Before coming to Elite, Brad worked in the toner industry where he was responsible for quality control and managing the technical staff. His only goal at Elite is to ensure every customer receives World Class Service every day.

Melissa Carlucci - Supply Manager (OEM / Aftermarket Supplies)

Melissa joined the Elite team in 2013 and carries the responsibilities of Office Manager and oversees all of the supply ordering for Elite and our customers. Her background is in Supply Sales and prior to joining Elite, she worked for Xerox for 14 years. She has a degree in International Business and Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Marquis Harris - Shop / Warehouse Manager

Marquis Harris joined Elite Document Solutions in 2013. He carries the responsibilities to make sure all products are remanufactured back to "original benchmark" levels and are tested properly before they're shipped back out.

Marquis has a technical background working in IT as a tech for Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he help the company increase knowledge on technology and performance on all computer workstations. He is a graduate from Robert Morris University.
